As we all know, having good skin is very important. Not just for the sake of beauty but healthy skin also plays a vital role in self confidence. Having a healthy flawless skin just lets you have those good vibes. There are many ways to have a good looking skin. Starting from our body health to the food we consume, every one of these factors plays an important role in helping our skin get better. Let me elaborate on the few natural day to day factors that affect your skin:
1. Exercising:
One of the most crucial roles is played by our daily exercise. Sweating is not a bad thing. In fact it is very vital for our good health. Exercising not only helps tone your body, it also helps in releasing toxins from our skin(in the form of sweat) that plays an important role in our skincare. Regular exercising keeps the body purified as well as it helps our skin push out the wastes, and hence gives our skin glow.

2. Hydration:
We all know that water forms most of the content is our body. Drinking enough water helps the body to flush out toxins while giving you healthier skin. Studies have revealed that drinking just two cups of water can increase blood flow to the skin which gives it an even tone. Keeping yourself hydrated is not only a means of helping your digestion but it also helps our skin. Dry skin can also lead to bad skin texture or cracked skin. Staying hydrated helps increase elasticity in the skin as it stays moisturized for longer. Heightened elasticity in the skin implies delayed sagging of the skin and no premature appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Drinking plenty of water during the day is the key to improving your skin texture. Intake of water helps maintain a healthy gut and aids in proper digestion. It regulates your bowel movements, and flushes toxins from your body through urine and feces. Only when this process is smooth and your gut is healthy, your skin will remain clear and free of issues. Any liquids such as milkshakes or fresh fruit juices can also help you gain or regain a beautiful skin.

3. Sunlight Exposure:
Sunscreens, and other artificial products that protect your from sunlight are not good at all. Exposing your skin to early morning sunlight and evening sunlight is an important daily routine. Sunlight provides our skin with Vitamin D which is very essential to our body. Not exposing your skin to sunlight is what leads to skin cancer, rashes and many other skin problems. The sun's UV rays help your body produce Vitamin-D, which is important for your bones, blood cells, and immune system. It also helps you take in and use certain minerals, like calcium and phosphorus.

4. Moisturizer:
A very simple way to keep your skin moisturized from the outside is through the application of coconut oil. This is recommended over chemical creams that have many side effects. Coconut oil not only helps the skin regenerate but also gives a glow to our skin. Coconut oil helps bolster your skin's protective barrier layer, trapping moisture inside and keeping skin supple and hydrated. It also reduces inflammation. Coconut oil has anti-inflammatory properties, making it beneficial for irritated, chafed skin.
